Daisy Parris uses risograph printing in a painterly way to capture the colours and textures of their canvases. Little notes of self-loathing or self-appreciation sit on top of balancing rocks in familiar yet eerie room-scapes. The print is one of a pair which together capture an internal struggle full of tension. 'I like myself' and 'I hate myself' are repeat motifs in Parris’ work as they attempt to capture the anxiety of feeling that everything could collapse. Only a few of this limited edition print remain available to collect.
